Power EA runs on AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Azure. Neither platform uses your data to train or improve public AI models. What you ask, what you connect, what you discuss — none of it feeds into any AI training pipeline.
Your credentials are stored securely.
When you connect Xero, Odoo, or any other system, your credentials are stored in a secure, encrypted database on Azure infrastructure with no public internet access. We protect them as if they were our own.
You can walk away at any time.
Disconnect any integration or cancel your subscription at any point. There is no lock-in, no retention of your data beyond what you authorise, and no back-door access to your systems once you disconnect.
Six things worth knowing
No model training — ever
AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Azure are closed, enterprise infrastructure. Your conversations are processed and responded to — they are not stored for training, shared with AI providers, or used to improve any public model. This is a hard guarantee of the platforms we have chosen to build on.
Secure credential storage
Your API keys and system credentials are stored in an encrypted, private database hosted on Azure — isolated from the public internet via private endpoint. Access is restricted to the Power EA service acting on your behalf, and only for the systems you have explicitly connected.
Enterprise-grade infrastructure
Power EA is built on Microsoft Azure with encrypted connections, private virtual networking, and Azure Key Vault for secrets management. This is the same infrastructure standard used by large enterprises and ASX-listed companies — not shared hosting or off-the-shelf cloud.
Australian data handling
Where possible, data is processed in Australian Azure regions. We do not share your business data with third parties. Your information stays within the boundaries we agree on when you sign up.
Transparent and auditable
Use the /privacy command any time to see exactly which AI models are being used, what data is being accessed, and what is and isn't stored. Full visibility, on demand. No black boxes.
Self-hosted for full sovereignty
For businesses that want complete control, we offer a self-hosted deployment — Power EA running on your own Azure or AWS account. Your instance, your infrastructure, your rules. Available as part of our professional setup service.
