Custom Workflow Automation
We design and build workflows specific to your business. The kind your team currently does manually — chasing, reconciling, following up, reporting. We map the process with you, build it, test it, and hand it over ready to run.

Discovery call
We start with a conversation — no pitch, no pressure. We listen to what you need, ask the right questions, and work out together whether we're the right fit and what the engagement should look like.
Formal scope of works
We put it in writing. A clear document: what we'll deliver, how we'll deliver it, the timeline, and the total cost. Nothing is ambiguous. You review it, ask questions, and when you're satisfied — you sign off.
Deposit to kick off
A deposit is required to begin work. This confirms the engagement and lets us allocate the right people and time to your project from day one.
We get to work
Work proceeds exactly as scoped and agreed. We keep you informed along the way. For larger projects, delivery is broken into milestones so you can see progress and stay in control throughout.
Completion and final invoice
On completion — or each agreed milestone — we review the outcome with you. Final payment is made once you're satisfied that we delivered what we promised. That's the deal, every time.
