Global process safety dashboard — from siloed data to real-time risk visibility

What we did

Designed and built a centralised process safety dashboard integrating six disparate safety systems (EMS, LMS, FLEX, GRC, MoC, Work Orders) into a single real-time Power BI platform. Developed a tiered risk framework, hazard-to-metric mapping, and embedded trigger logic — with drill-down navigation from corporate level to individual site and incident.

The challenge

Fragmented safety data across six disconnected systems made it impossible to get a unified view of process safety performance. Leadership was flying blind — reactive by necessity, with no way to detect early warning signals before incidents escalated.
